Elegant Wood Wedding Welcome Sign

Greet your guests with an elegant wood welcome sign at the ceremony or reception entrance. Your names and wedding date are cut and layered on a stained or painted board, so it looks beautiful in person and in photos.

Details

• Sizes: 18" x 24", 20" x 30" or 24" x 36".
• Shape: classic rectangle or wavy border, with or without a stand.
• Material: 1/4" Baltic birch plywood and 1/4" MDF, stained or painted.
• Personalized with: your names, wedding date and a short message.
• Colours: pick contrasting colours for the board and letters so the names stand out. Letter edges are black.

Questions

Does it come with a stand?
Choose a size with "+Stand" and we include one, so the sign is ready for the entrance.

When should I order?
Order at least 3 to 4 weeks before your wedding. We need 5 to 7 business days to make it, plus shipping time.

Can I add a message?
Yes. Add your names, wedding date and a short line like "Welcome to our wedding" in the personalization box.

Good to know

• Personalization: Enter names and dates exactly as you want them cut or engraved, including capitalization and punctuation. We cut your text exactly as entered.
• Design Proofs: Available upon request after purchase. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for production.
• Natural Wood: Birch wood may have natural knots, grain patterns, streaks, and colour variations due to its unique structure. Stain may appear lighter or darker in certain areas. These natural characteristics make every sign one of a kind.
• Vintage White Stain: Please note that Vintage White is not a solid paint. It is a stain designed to allow the natural wood grain to show through, giving it a softer, vintage look.
• Unfinished Back: The back is left unfinished and may have minor cutting marks. For a polished finish, add our Finished Back option.
• Order Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

Every sign is handmade to order by our family in Ottawa. Production typically takes 5 to 7 business days. We ship across Canada and the USA, with priority shipping options and local pickup in Ottawa available at checkout.
