Our signs are made of high quality ¼ Baltic plywood and ¼ MDF, which can also exhibit imperfections such as spots, knots, or stripes, and may vary in tone. Additionally, the stain may appear darker in some areas and lighter in others. As a result, the final appearance of your sign may slightly differ from both the digital sample and other signs. These variations contribute to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of each sign, ensuring that no two signs are exactly alike.
🌸 SPELLING 🌸
Please type the name/date exactly as you want them, including capitalization.
Double-check your spelling/dates, as everything will be cut precisely as indicated in the personalization section.
🌸 COLORS 🌸
We offer a variety of different colors and stains. To achieve the best result, we recommend selecting contrasting colors for the base and letters to ensure the letters stand out. The sides of the letters will be black, enhancing their prominence.
🌸 SIZES 🌸
Our sizes range from 16’’ to 30’’ wide. The height of the letters will depend on the size, options, number of letters in the name/s, and fonts. A rule of thumb is that the more letters in the name, the smaller the letters will be.
🌸 PROOFS 🌸
We provide proofs after purchase and by request only. Requesting a proof will extend the production time by 2-3 days. Delays in approvals will also impact shipping times.
🌸 BACK FINISH OPTION 🌸
The back of the sign is unfinished (not sanded) and will have a few marks from cutting. We would recommend to have it sanded only if this is a gift so that it looks nice on both sides. If you would like the back sanded please purchase this listing

Our production time is 5-7 business days.
Standard shipping to the USA takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the state.
Standard shipping across Ontario and Quebec takes 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping to other provinces takes around a week.
We make and ship our signs from Ottawa, Canada.

Each sign is made specifically for you, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for signs received as ordered. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged sign, please message us via ETSY within 48 hours, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Our signs are processed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes 2-8 business days.
It can take up to 15 business days for international packages depending on customs.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays and lost or stolen packages.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin production right away in order to meet our processing timeline.
