What file formats are required for laser engraving or cutting?

We require production-ready vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may be used for engraving only. Screenshots and Corel codes are not accepted.

Can you resize my artwork to an exact 4×4 inch size?

Yes, we can resize your artwork proportionally or force it to exact dimensions. Forcing a non-square design into a 4×4 format can distort the artwork. We always confirm your preference before production.

Do you offer mockups or proofs before production?

Yes, we provide sizing confirmation, placement mockups and outline previews upon request. Your written approval is required before we move to production.

Can you engrave on materials that I provide?

We can engrave on client-supplied materials, but cannot guarantee material behavior. If a piece fails due to internal defects or unexpected reactions, the client must provide replacement material.

When does the production timeline start?

Production begins only after the client approves the final file, size, material, and price in writing. Initial inquiries do not start the production timeline.
